[Hiring] Find and Seek - Puzzle Adventure Rooms

As the Front Desk Assistant, you will be tasked with providing quality customer service for our clientele. You will be the first point of contact for all our customers, and subsequently a representation of Find and Seek. In addition, we’ll look to you to execute the operations and manage the flow of information from our customers (booking system, customer relationship management (CRM), and Point of Sale (POS)), in addition to other office administration. This position is slated for progress with Find and Seek, and the role with evolve with the advancement of the company.

A day in the life of a Front Desk Associate
• Welcome and assist customers with your winning personality and wit
• Manage store operations and take care of all the nitty-gritty details from opening to closing
• Answer customer inquiries in a polite and upbeat manner
• Balance the cash tilt and make use of your grade five math skills
• Manage bookings and build long-lasting relationships with customers

• Part-time availability, able to work from 5:30pm~8:30pm during the week and full shifts on weekends
