How does multiculturalism and diversity equate to white genocide when there are more Caucasians now then before?

As countries have been developed nations for a few generations, their birth rate starts falling. Thus they need immigrants as manpower. Japan, because of its extremely ethnocentric traditions, has resisted opening up to foreigners. But what Japan is seeing is a graying nation with a top-heavy population.

The South Korean government has actually been inviting and assisting immigration and assimilation ------- which gets some of their citizens as annoyed as you are about so-called "white genocide."
